Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

WINTER SEASON

No refunds.

Masters

There are no refunds.

Camps & Clinics

There are no refunds. If you cancel and your spot can be filled, you will be credited the registration fee less a 15% administration fee.

Fall Season

There are no refunds or credits. When Chelsea Piers runs a swim meet, we do not have access to the pool for practice and therefore have no scheduled practice. We will do our best to find another location for practice, or schedule games, but if we cannot do that, we will not have practice. There are no refunds for these dates.

NEZ JO Qualifiers

No refunds allowed

Rise Up Tournament - Orlando

There are no refunds. If a player is unable to attend a tournament due to illness, a credit (less a 15% admin fee) will be given for a future tournament/season.
